It has been over a year since I paid to have my taxes amended, and I am still dealing with this office to get the work completed. We have called repeatedly, yet each time we receive the same response from Ashley, the tax consultant who was supposed to handle our case. Despite numerous follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. At this point, I have lost confidence in this business and its ability to provide the services I paid for. Ashley Hale was incredible to work with! With a small business and multiple income streams, my taxes can get complicated, but she made the entire process feel easy. She explained everything in a way that made sense and even found deductions I didn’t know I was missing. She’s not only knowledgeable but also very personable and easy to talk to. I’m so glad we worked with her!

Been waiting on a call back. Tried calling multiple times. Been waiting for 2 tax returns. Paid 200 dollars to just get told "just wait a couple weeks" we'll here we are...a year later. I can never get a solid response.
