Crooks and thieves. Don't waste your time with these rude people, no help what so ever, lotta attitude. They really don't help at all, try and take your money but no service was performed except what they screwed up. Stay away, go anywhere but here, it's not worth the stress and BS they provide.
I rated H&R Block at Trinity Parkway 5 stars because I've been getting my taxes done here for the past four years, and they have CONSISTENTLY shown professionalism, competence, and patience. This year, when I received service from Lordee, who is bar none, the absolute BEST representative I've dealt with at H&R Block! She is very kind, professional, thorough, and personable.
