I would give a zero if I could. Staff forgot about my taxes and didn't turn in my refund like they said they would until august. Then they refused to give me a refund because I did it for them and they leaked my data. NEVER AGAIN.
I would give this place a 0 if I could. The worst Experience I have ever had, The tax person was not helpful, he missed things and only put things down when we mentioned it. Making comments that were unprofessional. Not to mention he kept tacking on charges for "doing more" He is not reliable and very unprofessional and not personable at all. Dropped my taxes off. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything from the person doing my taxes. I have called three separate times and have been told I will be called which still has not happened.
