If you love your time, energy and self respect then stay away from Caroline Duffy at this location! She won’t reply to emails or text messages on the app, leaving you in uncertainty about your return. I am impressed by her high level of unprofessionalism!!! I waited 4 months to write this review patiently waiting to eventually get timely response and clarity on my return. Finally giving up on this “tax pro” for my own sanity!
We booked our appointment online and had received multiple confirmations from H&R Block. When we arrived on site we watched as the last person locked up the doors for the day and the sign on the door said closed at 6pm. Please fix your hours online so you can’t book outside of your business hours. Edit: online hours aren’t fixed yet.
I’ve waited a month to write this post to make sure it wasn’t an emotional response to the very unprofessional way I was treated. I have used the same tax accountant professional for most of my life. The first time I walked in to the office there was no one at the desk and a tv show (on a computer) was playing loudly in the background.
