Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. Do not let the 5 star reviews fool you. I went in there with 3 W2s thats it. Not only did they mess it up twice. The gentleman supporting me messed it up a 3rd time. And I had to come back a different day. So when I went back, it still wasn’t done. And he took no accountability and just kept saying the same story over and over and apologizing over and over again. Let’s make matter a worse shall we? Always a great experience meeting with thier team!
Terrible service!! Waited 6 weeks and had to contact them to find out my taxes got lost in the shuffle. Then moved to another preparer. Waited another 4 weeks, contacted them only to find out again my taxes got set aside and left waiting. Now being given to a 3rd preparer. Im taking my taxes away after 3 months of waiting and going somewhere else. Worst tax service I have ever had by far! Unprofessional, inept and will end up costing me major $$ because of it!!
Terrible experience. I've used H&R block at other locations and never had an issue. Since moving I decided to use this location and was assigned, at random, Henry Lim. At the end I've always been brought to the front and paid a receptionist but at this location I paid with the tax preparer. He ran my card, it charged me and he said it didn't go through. I showed him it did go through and he still insisted it didn't. I told him I wasn't getting double charged so he checked it and said he would email me a receipt. Never got a ... read more
