Ivy Li, an elderly woman at H&R Block Richmond, refused to help us. When I asked about the other account, she raised her voice at us and laughed. Her English is not very good, and even though I tried to explain my situation, she kept refusing to assist and just told us to do it ourselves.
Want to give 0 stars, we had booked an appointment and when we reached, the lady said she’s too busy now and asked if we could come back next week. We were shocked, when we asked how they can recklessly tell us to come back next week despite booking an appointment, she went in to ask another guy and then came back to say “we can’t help you”. Daniel was very helpful, he went the extra mile and made sure I understood my tax process. This is my second year doing taxes with him and he makes it very easy for me. If you are an international student he indicates what is best for your scenario!
