Want to give 0 stars, we had booked an appointment and when we reached, the lady said she’s too busy now and asked if we could come back next week. We were shocked, when we asked how they can recklessly tell us to come back next week despite booking an appointment, she went in to ask another guy and then came back to say “we can’t help you”. Worst experience ever, I’ve been to h&r in Fredericton and they’re very efficient but I guess it depends on the branch. This branch is horrible and the people there clearly aren’t doing ... read more
Daniel was very helpful, he went the extra mile and made sure I understood my tax process. This is my second year doing taxes with him and he makes it very easy for me. If you are an international student he indicates what is best for your scenario!
