This place is horrible. The tax preparer did not ask us any questions like do we have dependents, are we in the military, etc. BASIC questions. He messed up our tax return by thousands of dollars. Then when his supervisor came to redo them, she was rude and overcharged us for the services. This place is predatory, if I had not advocated for myself then they would have filed my taxes incorrectly. DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE!

If I could give this place zero stars I would... The accountant had no idea what he was doing, we told him many times of expenses we had that he did not add at all. The manager was rude and unhelpful. We spent 4 hours there when it should have taken AT MOST 1.5 hours because they kept messing it up. The totals of what we owe were off by THOUSANDS of dollars. Will never go again. Don't waste your time, they charged us more than what services we got too.
