Please be aware coming here. I was told when I called that they wouldn’t make me pay upon arrival everything will be taken out my taxes.. I made 1,200$ TOTAL INCOME last year due to having a baby. I was not eligible for child tax (even tho I have full custody) and was charged a fee for processing (around 25$), I was told I owed 400$ to irs I THOUGHT I was paying that when I handed them money, but later was told that I owed h & r block tax preps of 370$. that’s more then 1/4th of my total YEARLY income for last year.
