I'll never go anywhere else
I always go to H&R Block but the person see every year wasn't there this year. This person kept talking to other people had me in her office she sending email til I told her I had to go pick up my kids from school then she started to do my taxes my appointment was at 2pm I left the office almost at 5pm never going back
The WORST tax (and customer service) experience of my life. Our "Tax Expert" told us submit all of our documents and that she would take care of our return. Turns out she didn't use MOST of the documents (including receipts), and didn't even tell us until we drilled her with questions. If we hadn't been so vigilant, we would have paid THOUSANDS more than we should. And she ended up submitting our return LATE and we got a letter from the IRS with a $470 penalty.........never
