Originally had an unpleasant interaction with receptionist but manager resolved issue. Will still probably return next year Update- 9/12/23 The preparer made a HUGE mistake on my taxes so now I owe California 500.00- Nancy Bautista & Joanne Barile are HORRIBLE PROFESSIONALS AND DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE I HAVE TO RUSH AND PAY A TAX BILL IN OCTOBER!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
