I had a great experience this year at H&R Block(Lansdowne). Mainly due to the teamwork between Amal and Tammey. Tammey was amazing. Totally professional and efficient and truly dedicated to helping her clients. And in the front there was Amal. What a great guy! He took lots of his time to make sure we got through a list of technical difficulties and aided me personally in making sure everything worked out properly. First time going here for my taxes. The lady with whom I was booked was a delight; she answered all my questions and helped me understand more about RRSPs. The place was friendly. The front desk agent was helpful. Overall, it was a good experience for me.
