I've been going for 6 years to Albert, this is the first year he's messed up, he didn't finish my taxes and he doesn't return calls.
I am a first time client at H&R Block after using TurboTax for 17 years. This is the worst service I have ever received as a paying customer. I was unsure of the process and was told that I should have had many things done before I had arrived for my appointment. Met with Zettawee last month and she was FABULOUS! Brought my mom and dad to file a correction. She was extremely helpful, patient, friendly and kind. Any company would hope to have such a dedicated employee and as a new customer we will definitely return!
"Ronald" did an awesome job on my taxes. Very experienced and thorough. Gave me information I was unaware of....very easy to work with and he has great knowledge he definitely knows his stuff ! Use Ronald at Hilliard or he does work at the H&R Block in Pataskala. Won't be sorry.
