Jennifer is the most unprofessional and inexperienced tax preparer that I have ever met. I went with a friend to file her taxes to then get a call from Jennifer, stating that my friend is not allowed back because she felt uncomfortable that I was questioning her professionalism and experience based on her going completely silent during the tax return, not being able to find the save buttons or put the dependents in correctly. Easy to schedule an appointment, very efficient, nice office staff. Liz was great to work with, she explained things and took her time. I didn't feel rushed or ignorant even though it was my first time with some of the self employment things.
