Kenneth was incredibly helpful this year. He gave us a mid-year check-in and helped us understand whether we’d owe or get a refund, plus how to adjust our withholdings. Even with a ton of life changes (move, new home, retirement, and switching states), he nailed it. When the online system didn’t handle our mortgage interest correctly, he jumped in and got everything squared away. Super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and saved us a lot of headaches. Really solid experience with H&R Block.
