This place was shady from the moment i walked in, the starting charges are 100$ and it goes up from there, the receptionist seems nice, but the people who handel you’re taxes here… seem VERY suspicious. Just not a good vibe, i personally wouldnt recommend this place in my own opinion
Pire esti place a aller 2 ans je vais la 2 ans pire misère de ma vie esti gang de perdu pus jamais aller la pas acose me fait pas gagner pas rapport mais une fois payer envoie pas les papier te dit ta pas payer même si t'arrive avec ton reçu et chaque fois je vais la je voie toujours plein monde sacrer pas bonne humeur acose sont trop perdu ou on de quoi que on pas fait ou mal fait j'ai même pas besoin faire de quoi pour vous perder des client vous faite toute seul part vous même pus jamais h&r block aylmer barrer ma liste
Déçue après 9 ans de fidélité Je suis cliente chez H&R Block depuis 9 ans, mais cette année a été une vraie déception. Cela fait deux semaines que j’attends qu’ils règlent un problème qu’eux-mêmes ont soulevé, et malgré mes appels au service à la clientèle, aucune réponse. De plus, l’expérience en succursale a été inquiétante : la personne qui s’occupait de ma déclaration semblait très fatiguée, presque endormie pendant son travail, et son attitude était impolie.
