I just drove over and hour to sign my prepared paperwork after I got out of work the website says they are opened in malone NY until 8pm and I got there at 6:12pm and they were closed. I have also tried using your online appointment scheduler and been told that the Malone office was not open on days that we available for booking. I find this very frustrating as you guys charge me for the service but waste my time by and money in gas by not providing correct information on your website.
Went there today. The door says they open at 9am. I was there for 30 mins and it never did. I called and it went to an auto message. Need to update their signs
