DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, had an appointment with them, got there a tad late as i explained in my industry I am not 100% positive when I will be out of work, got there as fast as I could and they said they could not see me. Older lady upfront was very rude. Keep in mind I showed up an hour and a half before close for a very simple tax assessment. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
With outrageous prices they charge. you think they would be better trained and have better customers service. From now on I'm taking my changes doing it myself with Turbo tax.
Marsha was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and sufficient. We had a great experience with her and we will be back to see her time and time again.
