I initially had an appointment scheduled for Monday, but they called to reschedule it for Thursday. When I arrived on time for my appointment on Thursday, I waited for 45 minutes for my turn. I was told no when I asked if someone could assist me with tax filing. I do not recommend coming here; the service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced.
They are kind they are courteous. They know the law and quick to answer all your questions correctly and accurately and Miss Jan is awesome!
