When I walked in, Lucita and the receptionist (two black women) were chatting and didn't acknowledge me so I said Hello. Lucita stared at me and abruptly asked "You got an appointment?" I said yes, and the receptionist asked for my name and looked me up and told Lucita oh, that's you Lucita, she's unconfirmed. The sign on the front door says they accept walk ins, so I didn't see what the issue was even if my scheduled appointment was unconfirmed. I am getting old and have always done my own Federal and State Tax's. But I needed to have it done by someone else this year. H&R Block was very good with handling my Federal and State Tax's.
