The receptionist is rude, doesn't seem to understand how to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 5 PM and when I arrived the appointment was at 6 PM the receptionist then told me I had agreed to 6 PM...I walked out, please consider hiring someone with a little more professionalism and organization!

Who ever the old lady is that answered the phone today, should be immediately fired. Raising her voice, putting words in my mouth and calling me a liar. I asked a simple questions regarding a service they provide, outlined by the tax professional that worked with me. The reviews and word of mouth on h and r block were all saying don't go there, I see why. Update, it was actually the manager
