Who ever the old lady is that answered the phone today, should be immediately fired. Raising her voice, putting words in my mouth and calling me a liar. I asked a simple questions regarding a service they provide, outlined by the tax professional that worked with me. Made an online appointment for US tax returns, as this location was the closest one listed for the West End of Edmonton. The receptionist called the day before, and we confirmed that our appointment was for US tax filing. When we arrived and were about to begin our appointment, we were very rudely told that this location does NOT do US tax returns anymore, despite the website listing, and confirmation over the phone. They treated me horrible last tax year. I thought maybe it was one bad experience. I came back. Same level of service. They talk to me like I'm a child that doesn't understand that last year and the previous year before that were different. Do not recommend.
