I had an appointment at 1200, i walked in and was immediately dismissed by the secretary by raising her hand at me and telling me to sit down. I was trying to tell her I was here for an appointment and she did not even acknowledge me. I went to sit down. I wasn’t paid attention to for 45 minutes. Heather was amazing!! Definitely will be asking for her next year! So kind and efficient.
Called to book an appointment and ended up cancelling since the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was rushed and before I could even get a word out I was told I was wasting her time. I would much rather go to a different location even if that means it’s farther.
As a regular client , I’ve always appreciated H&R block (bonnie doon location), but my recent experience over the phone was disappointing. When I called to book an appointment, the staff member was rude and dismissive. Good customer service should extend beyond over the phone or in -person visits, and this interaction made me feel undervalued. Unfortunately, this time I’ll pass on coming in. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
Amazing experience, Nigel and the team are very quick and informative! Definitely recommend and will be using him for all my tax purposes!
