My taxes haven’t even been fully completed yet, and my experience with Eric has been just so disappointing, belittling and degrading. Even the first phone conversation with him was extremely degrading and rude, and now while working on my taxes to which I am paying H&R Block to do and sort out, I am getting emails to do this, Give him the totals, figure out this, figure out that, separate this; If I was able to do all of that, I would be doing it myself. Reception is great!
Booked a appointment one month in advance, when i show up for the appointment they said there was no appointment. Had to leave it for Drop Off. Call a few hours later and was told at the point there was a queue , with 10 people ahead of me at that point and it wouldn't be handled same day... I've done my taxes with H & R Block for over 33 years and this is the WORST service i have ever seen.
I didn't had a good experience at this branch , the young lady at the front desk from Jamaica wasn't professional at all when I adresse my issues , she wasn't cooperating and understanding , i also asked her to print a paper for me but she didn't had access to the branch emails .. also , the accountant rewrote my letter adress to cia in a different manner that didn't please my immigration lawyer. It also took three day to print and sign
