The lady on the phone told me they cannot tell me when my refund of my benefits is when I literally called there two weeks prior and they gave me the information I needed now the person is telling me to call CRA and I asked to speak with her boss after store hours😂🤨 I'm not stupid don't treat me as such

THEY DONT INFORM YOU OF THEIR PRICING UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE. they charge exorbitant inflated prices and this should be illegal. they are charging me $150 while i'm on income support, receive less than $1000 a month, make less than $10k a year and have next no income, while last year i paid $50 somewhere else. 2% of my entire earnings in a year? and over 10% of my monthly income? are we serious? like, deadass? piss off. this should be illegal and i'm surprised ... read more

Dropped my taxes off about a month and a half ago. Haven’t got a single update about them. I’ve called 3 separate times this week and each time get told they’ll call me back and figure it out and have not received one phone call back yet.
