My husband and I had our taxes done today at the H & R Block office on Queen Street. Terry is awesome- polite- professional- 5 stars Our appointment was at 4pm and ran a few minutes late (as the office closes at 5pm. ) The woman that works at the front desk had to wait until after we were done so she could close off and balance her paperwork. VERY rude receptionist at queen st.. they lost my money she threatened to hang up on me cut me off every 2 seconds zero help zero service from her.. ive went to them for 10 years..never again.. DO NOT recommend
Rude receptionist. Highly recommended not to get their services.
Don’t tell you they change your cra direct deposit info to dc bank when using pay with return causing 6 YEARS of payment delays. Lady put my child support as spousal to get a return incorrectly last year as well, causing an audit. Eddie you let my family & I down. Called and left a message and had no call returned for two weeks. We will never step foot in a h & r block again.
