Have used H&R several years.
Would not recommend. The woman who helped us was extremely rude and would not let me speak to even ask questions about why we owed money this year versus last year. My husband went to file taxes while I was at work so I called the day after the appointment to review and was met immediately with hostility via phone. Will not be returning and would not recommend.
Outstanding service. Extremely knowledgeable. Found an additional $1000 that we would have never seen!
