They dont get what they're doing the lady Carol that was supposed to be filing my taxes gave me false information on so many levels which made me wait 3 weeks more than I should have the only good thing she did was refer me to another h&r location and they were way much better, respectful, not rude and understood what they were doing unlike this location. I dont recommend this location at all.

I am not at all confident that our taxes were filed any better than what we could have done ourselves. My husband and I paid $360 for a tax refund that was no bigger than what we would have gotten on TurboTax. (We went through the process on TurboTax without submitting). The online appointment scheduling tells them what time you would like, it doesn't actually schedule the appointment. They are going to call you to reschedule. I scheduled an appointment and H &r block’s automated system told me that my appointment was rescheduled for 3pm instead of 9am the same day. I called the representative and asked them why they rescheduled it and they asked me if I received any calls from H&R Block. I told him no, and they confirmed with me that my current appointment is at 3 PM.
