I am not at all confident that our taxes were filed any better than what we could have done ourselves. My husband and I paid $360 for a tax refund that was no bigger than what we would have gotten on TurboTax. (We went through the process on TurboTax without submitting). I scheduled an appointment and H &r block’s automated system told me that my appointment was rescheduled for 3pm instead of 9am the same day. I called the representative and asked them why they rescheduled it and they asked me if I received any calls from H&R Block. I told him no, and they confirmed with me that my current appointment is at 3 PM. Drove in because it’s been difficult to get ahold of someone. I recently had major surgery and am a bit slower. I walked up to the door and it looked empty and dark. I got to the door and I noticed someone at the front desk and she was on her cell phone. So I was confused and maybe it was closed. So I made a gesture if I could come in.
