First time going to an HR Block. 5 stars for service and friendliness. Paulette is very knowledgeable and you can tell she’s been doing taxes for years. Taxes scare me, but the workers and atmosphere here put me at ease so even if something happens I feel better knowing they’ll help me. Looove the online booking. It is expensive here, you’ll pay a few hundred unless you literally have only one w2. so I can’t quite give 5 stars because of that, but I would still go back.
Fast friendly service Brancaa is the best tax expert to go to she is caring and has done my taxes for over 10 years
Didn't have any issues the first 2 times I used them but the 3rd and most recent time they messed up my return causing me to owe more than what I should have and I had to fix it myself and when I asked for a partial refund since they messed up they flar out refused trying to place blame on me even though I had done nothing wrong. They just didn't want to properly look through all the documents I gave them
Made me pay over 100 dollars for deluxe. All I did was press the button on accident over 6 reps couldn’t get it taken off. I just don’t understand how 6 people couldn’t do it. And my status was free. Always has been had no forms to make it deluxe. You guys suck. Just go to an accountant honestly it’s better that way. This doesn’t reflect in any shape or form on this location I just mean the whole company in general this location is probably very helpful in person.
Went in February to do my return and still haven’t gotten it at all still waiting after 3 months! I called the IRS and they said they messed up my taxes!! Frustrating to say the least
