This location is grossly unprofessional and disorganized. My fianceé tried to use them for her taxes and they consistently dropped the ball, gave HER attitude for THEIR mistake, and had 0 empathy or customer compassion to even try to make things right. I would avoid this location at all costs.
Donna is the BEST tax service person I have ever had. She is friendly, personable, and so fast, all in the same time! I have been consistently satisfied with her for 3 years straight. I highly recommend her and this place!!
Loved chaus patience
Went here back in April to get my taxes done and while initially it was a positive experience it has now turned into a horrible one. Something went wrong after I gave them my banking info and paid them $200+. They said that I was all set and everything was filed but a little over a week or two later I get a letter in the mail saying my payment wasn’t submitted.
