Our taxes were done by Edward he failed to put figures in the correct box which caused us a tax liability I called the office they said it was their fault and they would refund our $300 fee that was in April 2025 and is now may and they still have failed to refund our money I would stay clear of using them for future tax returns we are going to the attorney general in New York state
