I made an appointment and got a text message AND phone call to confirm. I also confirmed that there was someone able to do foreign income since I worked and lived abroad. When I got into the office the next day they took 10 minutes to find my appointment and were so confused about why I was there. On top of this they were very shocked to see my foreign w2 which is understandable but calling everyone in the office over to see my forms like it was a museum exhibit was weird and unprofessional. Horrible! These people can’t handle anything more than the very simplest tax return, if that. And their Peace of Mind Guarantee isn’t real. I paid them hundreds of dollars. Then I pointed out several major errors I found they made, after I reviewed it. They had no clue how to fix them. After several months and attempts by their supervisors they still didn’t know what they were doing. So I finally had to go to a different company and pay hundreds more.
