These people overcharge.
I was exorbitantly charged for their tax preparation services. I was quoted one number over the phone and was charged another. They filed my taxes late. I was told that they would take care of the late fees but later they told me that it was my responsibility. Absolutely, the worst tax accounting experience. My advice is to do business with a different company. Update 11/4/24: I have tried contacting their customer service over 2 months ago and I am still awaiting a reply.
