I hate giving anyone one star, but I was so disappointed in my taxes that were done by Ashley Costello. I “won” her services at a silent auction and I was afraid I wouldn’t be taken seriously - and I wasn’t. We file clergy taxes which are complicated. She assured me she could do it. When she finished she called me in and I told her repeatedly she wasn’t doing it correctly. It didn’t look right - she didn’t listen. I went to H&R Block for the first time in a few decades thinking they'd take care of my needs for a reasonable price. I was incredibly wrong. The price was literally, out of this world expensive. Luckily, they look over your taxes then give a price to give you the option to continue with them or not. I decided not to continue and there was no penalty.
