I will never file my taxes with them again. Second year I have been audited by the IRS since they have done my taxes. Last year I waited months to receive my refund. This year the IRS is telling me I didn’t pass the first audit and they have to do an additional audit which can take more than 60 days again. I filed February 6th. All I heard from the H and R block was crickets . Never again !!!!
