I've been a customer for three years, and my experience in the past was positive—so much so that I recommended the company to others. Recently, a new person was assigned to my file. While they initially appeared professional, signs of impatience started to show when I asked questions. I had an amazing experience with Pamela! I was very nervous, as I had some self-employment income that I wasn't sure how to file, but she helped me out and explained everything easily! Will definitely be coming back here each year.
Terribly expensive for inept service. The person I spoke to, David, was cocky, delusional, and just frankly terrible at his job. Don't trust this business to do your taxes, it'll cost you more than just their initial fee.
