Did my taxes...lady made sure to get an instant refund and pay herself for the taxes but doesn’t do the same for the rest. 3 months later and i’m still waiting for my non-existent return.....of course no answer, the hours are forever changing and leaving a voicemail gets no reply. Definitely do not recommend
Great customer service.
WORST service! Extremely rude tax advisor; swore under their breath multiple times as I paid for the unsettling appointment. They had asked me to wait outside with no reasoning, after calling to pick up the rest of my info (for a 2nd opinion on my taxes). The advisor rudely dismissed me in-front of their colleagues after each encounter. Please save your money and time..pay to have your taxes done somewhere properly and with respect.
