The receptionist are friendly and helpful. Our taxes were completed in a reasonable time. We are very happy with the service provided.
Worst experience ever…..I have been filing my taxes with hnr block for ten years now, but in Kingston. I recently moved back to the area recently…..they would not let me do an instant refund and when I came in to have them file my taxes they mysteriously didn’t have the file readily available to them. They’ve mysteriously disappeared?! Stay away from this business in Cornwall….I do NOT recommend them even to my worst enemy!
The women there are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommended the H&R Block located in Cornwall, ON.
Very poor service. Staff are not nice, too expensive and the service rendered is awful to say the least. I have been calling since I filled my tax for explanation 9n my I haven't still gotten any confirmation from CRA for over a month now, but still nothing. I regret ever making use of the service, I strongly advice anyone e against using their services as it is totally not worth it and it's just tok expensive.
