Lady who works at the front, Vicky Fast Horse, needs fired. She claims to care when clients have a No Contact Order due to divorce and promises confidentiality but gets bored in her free time and makes phone calls to the opposite party and spreads lies and false information. VERY unprofessional. Calls a million times a day too, also called my lawyer multiple times when she couldn’t get ahold of me making it look like I wasn’t handling what needed handled. Unprofessional and ILLEGAL.
Brent has done my taxes at H&R in Windsor Heights for the past two years. I have appreciated how detailed and thorough he is. Brent also took the time to explain my filings, what I can do differently to get a better return and was overall friendly and easy to work with. If you have tax filings above and beyond a standard 1040, I recommend Brent! See you next year.
Kathy was fantastic. I've used this location close to ten years. I've never had a tax problem. I have lready booked for next season.
As an employee and have been in this location the last two years. I think we have done amazing. As it is the district office, there for i and my team deal with a lot more things then just taxes. Come give us a chance for tax season 2024. As we have a new crew and all care n work hard for our customers and care about them personally, as friends n family do.
