I showed up early to my appointment and was told the accountant already left for the day. I was told I didn't call to confirm my appointment. 1) I never got a call from H&R Block and 2) I called two days before to set up that appointment. I was disappointed by how unreliable the service was, and regret I read their reviews only after having my time wasted.
Don't waste your time! Had an appointment at 10 AM, arrived on time but the office was closed cameback at 10:30 the office was opened but the tax advisor was not there. The receptionist didn't have any idea where is the tax advisor.
