Took my paperwork in on Monday it's now Saturday and still not done with a BASIC return and it not like I have a difficult return just a T4 and a rrsp. This is so sad when service is this bad your return should be free not worth the time or money. It took longer to get my paperwork back then it took LIBERTY tax at Eastgate to do my return will never use H&R block again. if you won't you're taxes done fast and efficient go to liberty
wasted 2hours and 18 minutes here. Tax officer seemed so unsure of what she was doing.
This location is so disorganized and can't take the time to read details for their booked appointments. Terrible experience!!!
Best place to do your taxes! Would highly recommend to anyone!
