After using H&R Block for several years, we used a new preparer who is small business certified, Alireza Zandi Atashbar. Absolutely terrible experience. My wife made the appointment, he would not speak with her, kept contacting me (who was working halfway across the country) & was completely unavailable and unhelpful, failing to answer any questions posed. I requested the office manager contact me in regard to his lack of service, but never received any response. He has assured that I will never use H&R Block again.
Franky in Machesney Park was awesome and made my tax experience wonderful!
