Absolutely unreal terrible experience here. I made an appointment online for 4-15 at 7 PM. I walk in at 6:50 stating that I had an appointment and the 2 ladies at the front said “not here you don’t” I said yes, I made an appointment and 1 goes “no you didn’t, not here” and I said yes I made an appointment online. The front desk lady continues to go “that’s impossible, you couldn’t have” and I state again yes I did.
