Great location! Staff was great, Mrs. Tan was a fantastic to deal with as well. Great service all around! Came back again and Mrs. Tan did such a great job answering my questions, explaining the taxes to me and also getting every little bit I can get from my taxes! Shes wonderful at her job and very helpful! She always gets the most for you and always giving great advice!
Wish I can give zero! Terrible service and extremely expensive for what! Went there and waited for few minutes and their online service went down which according to them was CRA’s fault. We asked how much it is going to cost and the expert said it will be determined upon my T4s or T5 etc. told us to come back after 45 minutes to an hour. We came back and he had our files ready and our bill total was over $300. I have had my taxes completed by HR Block for 9 years. All 9 years I have had Marilyn Tan complete my taxes. I can not say enough wonderful things about Marilyn. She is such a kind warm person. She is so professional. She responds to emails at an amazing turn around time. She takes the time to go over any question in detail. If Marilyn were to leave this location I would follow her!
