I have had my taxes completed by HR Block for 9 years. All 9 years I have had Marilyn Tan complete my taxes. I can not say enough wonderful things about Marilyn. She is such a kind warm person. She is so professional. She responds to emails at an amazing turn around time. She takes the time to go over any question in detail. If Marilyn were to leave this location I would follow her!

They incorrectly charged me multiple times at 187$ each due to their technical issue, attempted to file my taxes incorrectly and then refused to help me after the fact. Ive been to this location for 5 years. Dropped my taxes off last week, calling 10 times today to follow up my taxes. I was told im on the 10th person in line and can’t tell when my taxes can get done. Personally, i wouldnt be back here. Used to have great staff members during pandemic but the services has gone down hill with the staff retention and the staff that actually cares for people taxes.
