My family member left there taxes to be done April 30…. It’s June and they won’t answer our calls or provide a direct response. Rest assured I personally will not return to this location
Called ahead to let them know i had some years to file. They purposely booked me with someone who had the week off on the day I had my appointment. Then proceeded to say, "Someone will get to you," then just sat there almost an hour, no word, nothing. Then someone finally handed me some forms to fill out. But never called me back, and I can't get an update out of them. Been waiting since around April 20th.
My appointment was at 1 PM and I showed up 12:50 PM along with 4 other people. All of them were served on time while I stayed until 1:20 PM and still nothing so I left. Complete disregard of people’s time. Never going back to that branch.
H&R block advantage card is a scam please refrain feom using it and file taxes yourself. I got the HR advantage card loaded with my refund of $3700 (payed a $250 fee) to do so. When I went to etransfer it to my account, the card messed up and the money dissapeared. After calling the # on the back of the card, my local branch and HR block main support line the answer I've received is no one can help you and you're screwed.
