Extremely poor service, filing was rejected by the IRS, bought insurance & yet the office had an extremely cavalier attitude about customer service & cleaning up their mess, promised to call IRS but didn’t follow through, issue has dragged on for months. The worst. Don’t put yourself through the aggravation. Find another tax prep service.Â
My family member left there taxes to be done April 30…. It’s June and they won’t answer our calls or provide a direct response. Rest assured I personally will not return to this locationÂ
Called ahead to let them know i had some years to file. They purposely booked me with someone who had the week off on the day I had my appointment. Then proceeded to say, "Someone will get to you," then just sat there almost an hour, no word, nothing. Then someone finally handed me some forms to fill out. But never called me back, and I can't get an update out of them. Been waiting since around April 20th.Â
My appointment was at 1 PM and I showed up 12:50 PM along with 4 other people. All of them were served on time while I stayed until 1:20 PM and still nothing so I left. Complete disregard of people’s time. Never going back to that branch.Â
