Regarding our 2023 tax return, there were 2 amended returns filed. This office advertised 100% satisfaction 100% accuracy. Neither occurred. The visit was abrupt starting with the receptionist. Rude and indifferent are 2 words to describe her. 15 months have passed and we are now dealing with the IRS directly. A transcribed return was filed thus creating the first amendment.
