Outrageous price each year with virtually no changes to our tax situation. No personal relationship and no tax recommendations or suggestions. NOT ONE call with any questions or advice. Just input numbers into computer and kicked out our taxes and then charged a ridiculous amount!!
I want to recommend Joanne for doing taxes ! she is great very flexible and gets done quickly! i had to come in twice to try to finish my taxes and still haven’t a enough stuff to complete them ! joanne had them went above and beyond and emailing me and helping me complete this process without having to return in office. i really appreciate everyone’s time joanne was great and so was the reception today (4/7) i forgot to get her name ! i will be a returning customer thank you for all your help!
First they told me I was getting money back and then it turns out that they made a mistake and I owed money. My mother and I did our taxes together and being in my mid 30s, you think they would call me if there were any issus or questions...Nope. They spoke to my mother multiple times about my taxes instead of calling me, despite my request for them to contact me. So unprofressional. Won't be going back.
