UPDATE: NO AVAILABLE DAYS FOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT EITHER. Says walk ins available right on the door which means walk ins should be available during the 12hrs they are open, 2 h&r block chains ive had terrible customer service from now. 2 slips shouldn’t take more the an hr even 30 mins to do yet was turned away terrible customer service when the display on the website only have six days left for return. The worst experience ever. I was only notified about the cancellation 21 minutes before my arrival. When I got there, I was told that due to a system error, multiple people had been booked for the same time slot. There was no immediate or effective solution offered. This service is only suitable for those with an abundance of time and money, and who can tolerate ruining their credit. If you absolutely must use it, make sure to book multiple slots and arrive an hour early to avoid wasting your time and money.
I have been doing my taxes with HR block for 2 years and they are highly professional. Thank to Linda she helped me and my wife to file our taxes seamlessly and it was really worth the pay.
