Abhorrent communication to me and very slow. Appointment for drop off of taxes was yesterday. They did not get them done, and still have not completed by the next day. Tax representative had gone home already and did not communicate with me at all. She also had me down as married when I am not. I am very frustrated, costumer service state “I don’t know call back tomorrow” when I asked of my taxes had even been started. Will not be returning to Collingwood location. Never recommending this to anybody and never going back to H&R Block again ……. they don’t give instant funds anymore I was not “accepted “ I don’t owe CRA anything, never had student loans or any loans at that …. so why wasn’t I instantly approved? they couldn’t even tell me why haha just terrible service I was forced to walk out without me tax return of 1,045 if I could give 0 stars I would
