I seriously recommend against using this H&R Block or any of them in the surrounding area. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They intentionally refused to act upon the best interest for two consecutive years and I told them every H&R Block permanently lost my business. There are local tax professionals who can file all you federal and local taxes more affordable and professionally. They intentionally caused me penalties on more than one occasion. They are dishonest.
Service was very efficient and quick. Ms. Shanteil explained everything I needed to know and got me what I needed as well. Definitely recommend seeing her for your taxes.
