I went through the trouble to setting up my appointment with this H&R Block branch and arrive to find out that they are closed until Jan 2. Nowhere on the site you have to schedule your time does it say that
I've been using the Block for over 20 years. We used them in NJ & VA. We have never had a bad experience with this tax service.
