Great experience super friendly and kept the appointment even though there were 20 walk-ins in front of us.
I cannot understand how this specific establishment has 4.7 stars. This H&R block specifically has been the absolute worst tax office I've ever been too. Never have I had to wait 40 min just to be seen when I've made an appointment. Not once, but 2 days in a row! The first day they seated me with someone who couldn't even do a 1065 when I clearly listed on my appointment I needed a business done with my personal.
