Very bad service, had to wait over 45 minutes after the taxes were done because they didn't know how to operate the debit card reader. They didn't seem to know what they were doing in general, papers were scattered over desks. Opted to get my taxes done here rather than doing them myself because I just wanted something professional and easy that inspired confidence, this was not that at all, I completely regret choosing H&R block. I just wanted to put this out here so if anyone sees it theu may choose a different route and maybe a local acciuntant. An employee bypassed an alert on my tax file due to an unresolved matter with a previous buisness account. It wasn't a big deal, a matter of filing a certain form that I missed upon business closure. I was mot supposed to get a refund that day due to this. Really wasn't a problem but this employee also displyed some serious behavioral issues but I was already filed and couldn't turn back.
