Had such great service today from the staff here. Was anxious about getting things done but they helped me through it.
I was planning to file a tax with them, but upon calling them the staff that answered the call was rude and was unwilling to give information and upon asking her if age under 25 is free she doesnt know and ended up saying its not while i ask her what about the website? She said no nothings free in a rude way to say. Upon those conversations that i have just on call i decided not to continue with their company to help me file my taxes. Really great service and people, had me sorted out in about 40 min and even after a slight computer system glitch left with my refund the same day. Front desk fella is very nice and personable. Remembers people he sees once a year, always a nice feeling.
I have my taxes done at the location every year (it’s closest to me) and there always seems to be an issue. This year I made an appointment as always so I could bring my papers and be able to go back in hour or so to get my refund. On the day I went, they took close to 3 hours to complete my taxes. After I received the call that they were done, I headed to the office, was told my return and headed to the front to finish up the process. Very bad service, had to wait over 45 minutes after the taxes were done because they didn't know how to operate the debit card reader. They didn't seem to know what they were doing in general, papers were scattered over desks. Opted to get my taxes done here rather than doing them myself because I just wanted something professional and easy that inspired confidence, this was not that at all, I completely regret choosing H&R block. Edit: they haven't contacted me like the reply to this review said they would.
