Unfortunately the lady doing our taxes didn't seem to know what she was doing. Very nice older lady, but we had to walk her through some parts and it took her over 2 hours to do them, and our taxes were pretty much as simple as you could get. We didn't even end up finishing them.Then she accidentally brought up someone elses tax forms with their private infor and soc on there right in front of us and we had to tell her they weren't ours!! I've had H&R Block do my tax returns for many years and I've always had excellent service. Friendly staff willing to work with you and I can't say enough about the tax preparer, Donna.
