This location at 3133 Prospect is NOT recommended. I has made an appointment online for this location and when I showed up on time the place was locked and no one was around. I don’t know what happened but I not go back here. I will H&R Block the benefit of the doubt and try another location, but if that fails I will go back to Turbo Tax.
